JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-05-2019 The learned counsel for the respondents has produced a cheque of Rs. 50,000/- which is being handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner and it is submitted that since the petitioner has not approached the authorities in accordance with the Scheme provided at Annexure-A to the counter affidavit, no other benefit is admissible to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner, at this juncture submits that he may be granted liberty to approach the authorities.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off as
