The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 323, 341, 354, 380, 448, 504, 506, 143, 149 & 336 Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Prevention of Witch (Daain) Practices Act.

Considering that there is counter version of the occurrence and the Petitioners claims to be the Pattidar of the Informant and have fair antecedents, it is ordered that in the event of surrender/arrest of the Petitioners, named above, within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No.360 of 2014, they shall

No.51660 of 2014 (2) dt.05-01-2015 2/3 be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of `5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court below to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, subject to the conditions as laid down under sections 438(2) Cr. P. C. and (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioners, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioners.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51660 of 2014 (2) dt.05-01-2015 3/3 fail to do so on two consecutive dates, their bail will be liable to be cancelled.
