2 Petitioner claims to be empanelled candidate for appointment by way of regularization on Class IV post in the district of Jamui.
3 It is prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the order dated 20.11.2017 passed in CWJC No 2288 of 2016 and order dated 03.01.2018 passed in CWJC No 2639 of 2016 as in the said cases, the
Patna High Court CWJC No.14744 of 2015 dt.28-03-2018 2/2 District Magistrate, Jamui has been directed to consider the grievance of the petitioners and dispose of their claim. 4 Considering the aforesaid limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was taken up for final disposal. This Court considers that no useful purpose will be served keeping the writ petition pending any further.
5 Accordingly, in terms of the directions passed in the earlier writ petitions, this Court also dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the District Magistrate, Jamui to consider the grievance of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
