Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Madhubani Town P.S. Case No.398 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 498(A), 354(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Vide order dated 07.11.2019, this matter was referred to the Mediation Centre for amicable settlement of the dispute between the husband and the wife. The Mediation Report dated 17.12.2021 is received and is kept at Flag-M/1. Perusal of the same shows that the dispute has been settled between the husband and the wife and they are living together. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24896 of 2019(10) dt.23-12-2021 2/2 case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No.398 of 2018 corresponding to C.R.I. No.2254 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
