The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ / order / direction by this Hon'ble Court for setting aside the Charge Sheet dated 19.03.2020 issued to the Petitioner for committing irregularity during his tenure from 16.09.2015 to 20.06.2019, while acting as Branch Manager, Mahuar Branch, Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank,

Patna High Court CWJC No.11647 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 Bhabhua at Kaimur and the subsequent action of the Respondents including the Report of the Enquiry Officer as contained in Letter No.793/21 dated 25.01.2021 in the facts and circumstances mentioned herein below."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Disciplinary Authority has already passed the order of punishment dated 25.03.2021, which the petitioner had assailed by filing an appeal, however, the same has stood dismissed, being time barred.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies, as are available under the law, for redressal of his subsisting grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
