1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

2. A private dispute has been brought before this Court pertaining to possession over the land of the petitioner.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ application for a direction to the respondent-authorities to give possession over the land of the petitioner, which has already been decided in Partition Suit No. 138 of 2010 and Title

Patna High Court CWJC No.5950 of 2025(2) dt.21-08-2025 2/2 Appeal No. 11 of 2015 in favour of the petitioner.

4. Having considered the nature of prayer made in this writ application, I am of the opinion that a frivolous writ petition has been filed bringing the private dispute before this Court instead of approaching the concerned authority under the Bihar Land Mutation Act.

5. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed as not maintainable with a cost of Rs. 20,000/-.
