The petitioner seeks bail in Sheosagar (Baddhi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 119/16 registered under Section 25(1-b)A of the Arms Act and Sections 13, 17, 20 of the Prevention of Unlawful Activities Act.

One semi barrel country made revolver was recovered from the house of the petitioner but no cartridge was recovered. For that, the petitioner is in jail since 14.06.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about seven months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
