The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kursa-Kantsa P.S.Case No.132 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 452, 380 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is of commission of theft by unknown miscreants in the house of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been made accused only on the basis of confession, nothing has been recovered, not put on TIP and he is in custody since 29.7.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73445 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-V, Araria in connection with Kursa Kantsa P.S.Case No.132 of 2018. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
