2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, four unknown persons snatched cash of Rs. 6,90,000/- from the informant and when he raised alarm, one of the accused person fired upon him.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case merely on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Mantu.

5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nature of accusation and criminal antecedents of the petitioners, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to these petitioners is rejected.
