No. 80 of 2015 by which it has confirmed the order dated 26.03.2015 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Buxar in Buxar Nagar P.S. Case No. 211 of 1997 (G.R. No. 1384 of 1997) by which it has refused to recall the witnesses.

Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any reason for interference and, hence, the application stands dismissed.
