The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Dumraon (N.B.) P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section (s) 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 333, 353, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the allegation in the written report, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against both the petitioners. It is alleged that these petitioners and other accused persons caused obstruction in the official duty to the police party when they gone for enquiry of Sanha No. 76 of 2015 in the night of 04.01.2017 at 22:00 P.M.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8206 of 2017 (2) dt.27-02-2017 2/2 In the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, above named, within six weeks from today in connection with Dumraon (N.B.) P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
