The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Patliputra P.S.Case No.223 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per FIR is of theft of the motorcycle of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his possession rather he has been remanded from another place in this case and he is in custody since 13.7.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73451 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge cum ACJM XII, Patna, District Patna in connection with Patliputra P.S.Case No.223 of 2018..

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
