Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 218 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354(A), 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of the POCSO Act and Section 3(i)(r)(s) of the SC/ST Act. The petitioner is accused of misbehaving with the informant's daughter regularly and he has been demanding mobile number of the daughter of the informant and torturing her. Considering the allegations I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
