The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 108 of 2016 registered under Section 420, 406, 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner was given Rs. 7,65,005/- for distribution to the beneficiaries of social security pension scheme in the Panchayat. Petitioner distributed more than half of the amount and deposited the remaining amount in the office of Block Nazarat on 25.07.2016 and 23.08.2016. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.3834 of 2017 (2) dt.16-02-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Aurai P.S. Case no. 108 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Manish/- U T
