The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2018. submission is that investigation of the case is complete. Petitioner was never put of TIP nor anything was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Co-accused Sunny Kumar has been allowed bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23699 of 2019(2) dt.15-04-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Samastipur (Town) P.S. Case No. 230 of 2018, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
