JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 06-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual Court proceedings. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 30(a) and 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 10.02.2022, are persons with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted. Allegation is of recovery of liquor from the house of the named accused persons.

No.22818 of 2022(2) dt.06-05-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners and they were not arrested from the spot, rather name of the petitioners was disclosed on account of local village politics.
Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.
Considering the fact that the petitioners are in custody since 10.02.2022, are persons with clean antecedent, chargesheet has been submitted and nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 512 of 2019.
