This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 332, 333, 353, 427, 156, 295A and 295 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that co-accused, Sonu Kumar and Sanjay Gupta, having similar allegation, have already been allowed bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 50877 of 2016 on 25.11.2016. The allegation against the petitioner is of similar nature. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 173 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishanganj, Madhepura, or successor Court.
