Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner on the other hand submits that in absence of calculation chart, it is not clear whether the entire payment has been made or not. This Court is convinced that the order stands complied and the contempt application can be disposed of with
Patna High Court MJC No.900 of 2023(4) dt.22-06-2023 2/2 liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter if according to him some dues including the medical allowances is/are still pending.
In view of the fact that payment has been made to the petitioner, the University is duty bound to provide him the calculation chart, if he so wants.
The contempt petition stands disposed of.
