JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 12-03-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition. However, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that in view of subsequent developments, the present matter has become infructuous. According to him, the location in question was readvertised and fresh selection was made for allotment of dealership of retail outlet at the location in question and LOI has also been issued in favour of the successful candidate. Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
