22-12-2016 Heard Sri Subodh Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody only since 30-07-2016 in Bidupur P.S. Case No. 212 of 2016 registered for offence under Sections 20(B) & 22 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovered Ganja is much lesser than the commercial quantity. He submits that about 10 Kg. of Ganja was shown to be recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner is having clean antecedent.

Be that as it may, keeping in view the fact that about 10 Kg. of Ganja was recovered from possession of the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49849 of 2016 (2) dt.22-12-2016 2/2 at the moment, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of bail. Dismissed.
