The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Dumraon (NB) P.S. Case No.10 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 333, 353, 307, 504 Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that co-accused with similar allegation has already been granted bail by this Court by order dated 27.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.8206 of 2017.

No.9617 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 There is allegation in the written report that these petitioners and other accused caused obstruction in official duty to the police party when they had gone for enquiry of Sanha No.76 of 2015 in the night of 04.01.2017 at 22.00 PM. From the written report itself, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Dumraon (NB) P.S. Case No.10 of 2017, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
