The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Kajraili P.S. Case No. 71 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307/302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and there is no chance of her absconding, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before
