After 16 years of his retirement from the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, Patna, the present writ application is filed for payment of the diverse amounts including arrears as spelt out in para-8. In my view, the writ application merits to be disposed of by permitting the petitioner to file a detailed representation claiming the aforesaid amount with all relevant documents before the Chief Accounts Officer, Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, Patna (respondent no.3) for consideration and disposal in accordance with law.
Needless to observe that if any such application/representation is filed within 03 weeks, the said
