The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 505 of 2014, registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 307, 302, 379 and 436 of Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur. The prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected earlier on 11.04.2016 by this Court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 13630 of 2016 on merit. Now, I find no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner for bail is again rejected. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
