2. This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 39403 of 2023 which stood dismissed for default for non compliance of the order dated 01.08.2023.

3. For the reasons stated in the restoration petition, the prayer for restoration is allowed and Cr. Misc. No. 39403 of 2023 is restored to its original file and further time till 17.05.2024 has been granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to remove the defects in Cr. Misc. No. 39403 of 2023.

4. Accordingly, this case is disposed of.
