JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 83 of 2014 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is Pardanasin Lady and she is wife of co-accused Sabir Khan and sister-in-law of co-accused Amir Khan. In fact, the name of the petitioner has been shown by the co-accused as Managing Director, while she has no role in the alleged Company. Further submission is that co-accused Amir Khan has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 6524 of 2015 on 21.05.2015.

Case No. 83 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Shail/- U T
