The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Mahila P.S. Case No.63 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 498-A, 494, 313/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
It has been submitted that these petitioners are family members of husband of the informant.
From the written report, it appears that there is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13996 of 2017 (2) dt.28-03-2017 2/2 general and omnibus allegation against all these petitioners. Husband is not the petitioner here in this application. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.63 of 2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
