The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Forbisganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 532 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has been named in the self inculpatory statement of the co-accused as having participated in the crime. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
