Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No. 38 of 2016 registered under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,307,353,186,171(F) of the Indian Penal Code.
As per written report, the villagers had blocked the road near Parasmani village and when the police party went to clear the road, they were obstructed by the mob. The Choukidar of the locality has identified the FIR named accused persons including
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7056 of 2017 (2) dt.21-02-2017 2/2 these petitioners.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. They have clean antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st, Purnia in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No. 38 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Sanjay Priya, J) Prakash/- U T
