No. 1368/14, Tr. No. 3513/14 arising out of Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 46 of 2014 whereby the petitioner has been summoned to face trial for the offences punishable under Sections 414 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application. Leave is granted.
