The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 326, 341, 307, 332, 333, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extent the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Jhajha Rail P.S. Case No. 50 of 2015 pending before the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul (Lakhisarai).
