Petitioner is accused in connection with Thakurganj P.S. Case No. 131 of 2015 registered under Sections 461, 379 of the I.P.C. and 25 Antiquities Treasure Act.
Idols of deities were stolen from a temple for which an F.I.R. was registered against unknown.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 21.04.2016. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Jawarul has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49504 of 2016 (3) dt.11-01-2017 2/2 Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 58607 of 2015.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M., 1st Class, Kishangan in connection with Thakurganj P.S. Case No. 131 of 2015.
