====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 05-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, counsel for the informant of Cr. Misc.72073 of 2018 and the State. The petitioners seek bail in Parsa P.S. Case No. 123 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Sections 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72073 of 2018(2) dt.05-12-2018 2/2 In the written report it is alleged that son of the informant had gone with petitioners on Motorcycle. The allegation against the petitioners is that they were last seen with son of the informant. Later on the informant learnt that one dead body is lying in Sikri Pokharpur village. The informant reached there and identified the dead body of his son. The informant raised suspicion against the petitioners of having committed murder of son of informant.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that mere suspicion has been raised against the petitioners. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.- XIII, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 123 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioners.
