2. The present petition has been preferred for the restoration of CWJC No. 12739 of 2024 which was dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 29.08.2024.

3. For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 4 and 5

Patna High Court MJC No.1156 of 2025(3) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 of the petition, MJC No. 1156 of 2025 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.1,000/- to Bihar State Legal Services Authority.

4. Accordingly, CWJC No. 12739 of 2024 is restored to its original file.
