Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is one of the assailants of the deceased. Earlier prayer for bail was refused on 10.05.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 13614 of 2019.

The impugned order dated 03.03.2020 would reveal that the trial is at the verge of conclusion. Hence, I am not inclined to review the earlier order. Accordingly, prayer for bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20905 of 2020(2) dt.21-07-2020 2/2 is refused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 45 of 2019 arising out of Sikraul Police Station Case No. 97 of 2018 pending in the court of learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Buxar.
