Having considered the facts of the case, I find no reason for cancelling the anticipatory bail granted to the Opposite Party No.2 by the District and Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in A.B.P. No.1647 of 2011 in connection with Complaint case No.2569 of 2010. Application stands dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2991 of 2013 dt.12-02-2016 2/2 positively within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party, for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witnesses for their examination along with a copy of this order to the S.P., Bhagalpur, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the trial.
