JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr.No. 541 of 2017 arising out of Kotwali P.S.Case No. 528 of 2016 registered under Sections 302, 394, 396 and 411 of the Indian penal Code.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 03.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32924 of 2017. There is recovery of cash and ornaments from the possession of the petitioner and other accused, having similar allegation, has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 31.08.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 51093 of 2018 and petitioner is in custody for two years.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let petitioner, abovenamed, is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20976 of 2019(2) dt.04-04-2019 2/2 directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ-IX, Patna in connection with S.Tr.No. 541 of 2017 arising out of Kotwali P.S.Case No. 528 of 2016 subject to condition that petitioner has to co-operate in disposal of the trial and shall have to appear as and when required, otherwise bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
