The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard the parties.

Following reliefs have been sought for in paragraph 1 of the present application:

"1(a) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to take appropriate decision upon the representation dated 24.02.2020 and 02.05.2020 (Annexure-3 series) submitted by the petitioner and also to take consequential steps pursuant to such decision taken within a time frame as may be

(b) For holding a declaration that it is unreasonable, arbitrary and unfair on part of the respondents in sitting tight over the representation with legitimate grievance submitted by the petitioner on 24.02.2020 without any rhyme and reason and also in violation of Clause 4B of the State Litigation Policy, Bihar.

(c) For grant of any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation dated 24.02.2020 has been filed by the petitioner before the respondent no. 2 and the same is still pending. The respondent no. 2 is directed to dispose of the representation dated 24.02.2020 filed by the petitioner in the light of State Litigation Policy in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
