The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Vishnupad P.S. Case No.77 of 2022 registered for offences under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner has clean antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Gaya, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22920 of 2022(2) dt.06-05-2022 2/2 connection with Vishnupad P.S. Case No.77 of 2022 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. The petitioner will visit Vishnupad Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
