In this case, petitioners are challenging the order dated 24th September 2012 passed by Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge-I, Aurangabad in S.Tr. No. 28 of 2012 arising from Baroon P.S. Case No. 127 of 2010 whereby the court below refused to delete the provisions of Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code. This Court does not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order.
