JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Andhratharhi P.S. Case No. 137 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that she has been appointed as a teacher by submitting forged mark sheet and certificate.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that now she has been removed from service and she has filed an appeal against the order of dismissal and further the allegation is false and concocted and she is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed on her.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20653 of 2019(2) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Jhanjharpur, District Madhubani, in connection with Andhratharhi P.S.Case No. 137 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. No. 1678 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
