The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 106/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that a tent was being erected on his Darwaja for the marriage but Mantu Singh, brother-in-law of Jhuna Singh and two unknown persons came and assaulted the bridegroom and two girls and also snatched chain made of gold and golden ring. They bite the girls.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a counter version being Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 107/2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39378 of 2016 (2) dt.16-09-2016 2/2 Priyadarshni Sinha, wife of Jhuna Singh alleged that the informant Kameshwar Singh and others who happened to be her co-sharers assaulted her and her brother while her house was being constructed.

It appears that there is a case and counter case. Injuries found on the injured are simple in nature.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Gupta, Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 106/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi U T
