The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 337, 427 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of intercepting the police officials who were discharging their official duties.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has not been apprehended at the spot. He further submits that no specific allegation against the petitioner and petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Case No. 608 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
