This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 420, 406, 341, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was a witness on the agreement to sale between the complainant and co-accused. Similar situated co-accused, Kishor Kumar, has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 7382 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20715 of 2017 (2) dt.11-05-2017 2/2 connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 5 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Sushant Ranjan, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City, Patna, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
