This application has been filed for a direction to the respondents to lodge FIR and to take legal action against respondents no. 7 and 8.

At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that similar issue has already been set at rest by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 9.9.2022, passed in Cr.W.C.No.153 of 2017 (Surendra Singh vs State of Bihar and others) and other analogous cases.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.478 of 2022(5) dt.16-02-2023 2/2 Since, similar issue has already been decided by a coordinate bench of this Court, this criminal writ petition is also disposed of in terms of aforesaid order.
