2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 172/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 489(A)(B)(C)(D) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Counterfeit notes of Rupees Twelve Hundred has been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 09.12.2023.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi/ concerned court in connection with Parsauni P.S.

5. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Dumariya police station, Sarlahi (Nepal) on 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
