====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 662 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 386, 387, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Pintu Kumar. He also submits that other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21007 of 2020(2) dt.07-07-2020 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 662 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
