2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

3. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/379/504 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners and other accused persons came to the house of the informant in an inebriated condition and assaulted the family members of the informant as a result of which three persons sustained injuries. Injuries

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27603 of 2024(2) dt.20-05-2024 2/2 caused by these petitioners was grievous in nature.
