The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.i. For a direction upon the respondents to grant him 2nd ACP its consequential benefits including its arrear of differential salary, differential amount of pension and other post-retirement benefits.

Further for a direction to the respondents to make payment of admitted differential arrears of salary amounting to Rs. 51,543/-

Patna High Court CWJC No.14831 of 2015(2) dt.01-09-2023 2/2 calculated on account of 6th PRC Pay fixation and other legally admissible dues detailed in Para 14 to this writ."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
