Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-25(i-B)A/26 of the Arms Act.

One country-made musket is said to have been recovered from house of the petitioner. The petitioner voluntarily, surrendered before the court below on 28-06-2016 and since then, he is languishing in jail custody. Moreover, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 117 of 2016 to the satisfaction of
